About

I build AI systems, then teach people to run them.

I’m Christian Monge, a Nicaraguan builder living in Madrid. I’ve played piano since I was nine, and I build software the way I learned music: drill the fundamentals until they disappear, then compose.

I studied Economics and Finance at Thomas More University and took a Master’s in Marketing and E-commerce at EAE Business School in Madrid. Before that I spent two and a half years in sourcing at Estampa Publicidad, my family’s promotional-products business in Managua, where I still run SEO.

With my brother I co-founded Pengu Insights, a competitive-intelligence SaaS with 52 tools for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and SEO. Building it taught me the uncomfortable lesson this whole site is organized around: finished products don’t sell themselves, and AI makes it very easy to finish things nobody checks.

So now I build the part that checks. Second brains that keep evidence attached to every number, content gates that return an exit code, and training that measures whether anyone’s Monday actually changed. In English and in Spanish, because the Spanish-speaking market for this work is badly underserved.

What I believe

Four rules I build by.

Generating is cheap. Knowing what can ship isn’t.

Anyone can produce forty drafts. The valuable part is the check that says which three are good enough, and that check should be code, not a mood.

A rule that lives in prose isn’t enforced.

I once found a rule written in three project documents that 45 of 50 published posts broke. Nobody ignored it on purpose. Nothing checked it.

Numbers need receipts.

If I can’t tell you where a figure came from, it doesn’t go in the brain, the post or the proposal.

Show the limits.

Every tool I ship documents where it fails. A builder who hides the edge cases is asking you to find them in production.
