AI Consulting
An AI consultant for small business who ships the thing.
Most AI consulting ends with a deck. This ends with one process that runs by itself and a person on your team who knows how it works. Four weeks, fixed price, and you keep the map even if you stop after week one.

What you get
Four weeks, three deliverables.
Small companies do not need a transformation programme. They need one expensive hour of the week to stop existing.
Week 1
The audit
I map every recurring task in your week, time them, and rank them by hours saved against effort. You keep the map whether or not we continue.
Weeks 2 to 4
The first system
One process, built and running: lead research, content production, reporting, inbox triage. Not a prototype. Something that runs on Monday without me.
Week 4
The handover
Your team trained on the system, a written runbook, and a named owner. If you need me after that, it is because you want more, not because it broke.
The first system
Usually one of these five.
Lead research
A company name goes in, a structured profile with sources comes out. Sales prep stops taking an afternoon.
Content production
Briefs, drafts and quality checks against your own rules, so publishing weekly stops depending on one person's mood.
Reporting
The numbers pulled, the template applied, the anomalies flagged. A human writes the interpretation, not the table.
Inbox and ticket triage
Classified, routed, and the three most common replies drafted. The rest stays untouched.
Document extraction
Invoices, forms and PDFs into a clean table, with the exceptions flagged instead of guessed.
Your own
If the audit finds something better than all five, we build that instead.
Honesty
Who this is not for.
Saying no to the wrong projects is why the right ones work. If you recognise yourself here, we would both waste a month.
- Companies that want an AI strategy document to show the board.
- Anyone looking for a 40-page report with no working software at the end.
- Teams with no process written down anywhere and no intention of writing one.
- Projects where nobody internal will own the system after launch.
Pricing
Numbers on the page.
Training runs at $100 an hour for a group of 5 to 10 people. Build packages run from $350 for one focused sprint to $2,500 for a full system across several pillars. The audit is free and you keep what comes out of it.
Free audit
Twenty minutes on your actual workflow.
Tell me the task that eats your team's week. I reply within 24 hours with times for the call and one thing you can fix before we even speak.
Questions
About AI consulting
What does an AI consultant for a small business actually do?
Three things, in order: find the recurring work that is costing you hours, build one system that removes it, and train someone on your side to run that system. Anything that stops at a recommendation deck has skipped the part that creates the value.
How much does it cost?
Training runs at $100 an hour for a group of 5 to 10 people. Build packages start at $350 for a single focused sprint and go to $2,500 for a full system across several pillars. You will know the number before anything starts.
How long before it pays for itself?
If a process takes your team four hours a week and the system cuts it to one, that is roughly 150 hours a year. Most of my small-business projects pay back inside the first quarter, and the audit tells you the number before you commit.
Do I need technical people on my team?
No, but you need one person who will own it. Most of what I build for small teams runs in tools a marketer or an operations person can debug. If a project genuinely needs code, I write it and document it.
What if AI is not the right answer for my problem?
Then I tell you in the audit call and you have spent twenty minutes. A spreadsheet, a template or a process change beats an AI system more often than anyone selling AI wants to admit.
