Team Training

AI training for employees that changes Monday morning.

Not a slide deck about the future of work. Hands-on Claude sessions built around the tasks your people repeat every week, measured before and after.

What each pillar covers

Tracks

Built for the team in the room.

Every session uses your documents and tools. A finance team and a dev team shouldn’t sit through the same examples.

Knowledge work

Documents, spreadsheets, slides, email and research with Claude, Projects and skills.

Marketing teams

Research, briefs, content and SEO, with evidence gates so AI drafts meet a standard before they ship.

Technical teams

Claude Code in real repositories: CLAUDE.md, skills, subagents, MCP servers, hooks and cost control.

How results are measured

A stopwatch, not a satisfaction survey.

Before

Each person picks three tasks they repeat weekly and times them the way they do them today.

During

We rebuild those exact tasks with Claude, in the session, on their own files.

After

They time the same tasks again. You get the table per person and per team.

Questions

About team training

What do employees need before AI training starts?

A Claude account on a plan your company approves, and three tasks they repeat every week. I send a short setup checklist and a timing sheet a week before the first session.

How do you measure whether the training worked?

Each participant times their three tasks before training and again afterwards. You get that before-and-after table per person and per team, not a satisfaction survey.

Is it remote or in person?

Either. Remote sessions run live over video; in-person sessions are available in Madrid and, for multi-day programs, elsewhere in Europe.

Can the training be in Spanish?

Yes. Every format is available in English or Spanish, and mixed-language teams can split into two groups.

Do you only teach Claude?

Claude is the core because it’s what I build with daily, but the habits transfer: how to brief an AI, check its work and turn a one-off prompt into a reusable workflow.
