AI Automation

The AI automation agency that hands over the keys.

Workflows built in n8n and Claude, documented, and handed to someone on your team who can edit them. Fixed price, no retainer to keep them running, and the files are yours.

How it works

Map, build, hand over.

Four weeks from first call to a system your team owns. The handover is the product, not an afterthought.

Week 1

Map

Every recurring process written down as numbered steps, timed, and ranked by hours saved against build effort. Half the value is here: you cannot automate what nobody has written down.

Weeks 2 to 3

Build

The top workflow, built in n8n with Claude where judgement is needed. Error paths, retries and a failure alert on day one, not after the first silent break.

Week 4

Hand over

Runbook, named owner, and your person trained to edit it. You get the credentials and the workflow files. No lock-in, no retainer to keep the lights on.

What gets built

The workflows that survive their first quarter.

Weekly competitor digest

Five sources read, deduplicated, one page in your inbox Monday at 8.

Lead enrichment and routing

Form fills scored, enriched from public sources, routed to the right person with context.

Content pipeline

Brief, draft, quality check against your rules, publish. A human approves, nothing else is manual.

Report assembly

Numbers pulled from your tools, template applied, anomalies flagged for a human to explain.

Document extraction

Invoices, contracts and forms into structured rows, with exceptions flagged rather than guessed.

Support triage

Tickets classified and routed, the three most common replies drafted for review.

Ranked by how often they are still running 90 days later, not by how well they demo. The boring ones win.

The difference

You own what I build.

The common agency model is to host your automations on their account, so leaving means rebuilding. Mine runs on your infrastructure with your credentials.

Pricing

Fixed, and on the page.

From $350 for a single focused sprint to $2,500 for a full system across several pillars. Team training on the finished system runs at $100 an hour for 5 to 10 people. The audit costs nothing.

Tell me the process that eats your team's week. I reply within 24 hours with times for the call and one thing you can fix before we even speak.

Questions

About AI automation

What does an AI automation agency do?

It finds the repetitive work in a business, builds systems that do that work, and keeps them running. The difference between agencies is what happens after launch: some hand over a documented system you own, others keep the keys and bill you monthly to hold them.

Do you charge a monthly retainer?

Not to keep your workflows alive. Projects are fixed price, from $350 for a single focused sprint to $2,500 for a full system. If you want ongoing work afterwards it is because there is more to build, not because I am holding your automation hostage.

Which tools do you build with?

n8n for the workflow layer, because it self-hosts and a non-engineer can maintain it. Claude for the steps that need judgement. MCP to connect your own systems. If you already run Make or Zapier and it works, I will not make you migrate for the sake of it.

What if the automation breaks?

Every workflow ships with error handling, retries and an alert to a channel someone reads, because a silently broken automation is worse than none. The runbook tells your owner what to check first. Most breakages are an API key rotating, and that is a five-minute fix once it is documented.

Can AI agents run our processes end to end?

Some, not all. Research, classification, extraction, monitoring and drafting are reliable today. Anything requiring judgement about your business that is not written down anywhere is not, and I will say so rather than sell you an agent that quietly gets it wrong.
